Star Vault announces sequel to their sandbox MMORPG Mortal Online with a new website,teaser and steampage

Malmo, Sweden - December 11, 2019 -  Star Vault announces sequel to their Sandbox MMORPG Mortal Online with a new website,teaser and screenshots.

Mortal Online 2 is the long awaited sequel to Star Vault’s long running first person sandbox MMORPG. In Mortal Online 2 you get to explore a massive sandbox world with full PvP and full loot.
This makes every fight a adrenaline fueled encounter not for the feint of heart.

Mortal Online 2 has no classes or levels instead it features a open ended skill system where the player gains points in skills simply by using them.

The game also moves away from Mortal Online 1's 4 character slots and now has a one character per account maximum. This change comes with a upgraded skill-system that aims to make every character more versatile moving away from Mortal Online 1's very specific character roles.

Mortal Online 2 also expands on Mortal Online's beloved open crafting systems that gives players full control over what they create. Players crafting weapons for example do this by choosing the blade or head of the weapon,a handle type and what materials these two parts are made out of. This creates a almost infinite amount of weapons,armors,bows and arrows for the players to craft.

Mortal Online 2 is set in Myrland a massive 400sqkm landmass with several different biomes for the players to explore all rendered using Epic Games' Unreal Engine 4.
Myrland is a rich living world with hundreds of resources to find and dangerous creatures to hunt or be hunted by.

Star Vault is planning to hold a closed combat alpha for Mortal Online 2 in Q2 of 2020 and the game is planned to enter early access later that same year.

Star Vault is a small independent game company from Sweden mainly known for their hardcore sandbox MMORPG Mortal Online.
Mortal Online released in 2010 and in 2018 the company released their 2nd game the VR game Kitten'd on PC and PSVR.
Star Vault is currently working on a sequel to their game Mortal Online and are porting Kitten'd to PSVR in Asia.
